During the tour you will be provided accommodations, airport pickup and drop off. The top developments in Hua Hin & Pattaya will be on the tour schedule, as well as time to relax and enjoy Thailand. You will be able to absorb the culture and see each locaton to have a better understanding of Thailand and Thai people.

 

Investment Tour: (7 Days)

Bangkok (Day 1):

• Day 1: Meet in the morning at the hotel and review schedule.
• Presentations of the projects you will visit during the tour.
• Followed by a seminar on legal and immigration issues, investment, insurance, etc.
• Day 1, wrap up followed by a dinner and preparation for the trip to Hua Hin.

Hua Hin (Day 2 & 3):

• Day 2: Travel to Hua Hin, settle in the rooms and visit your first project in Hua Hin.
• Day 3: Tour of 5 more projects in Hau Hin.
• Tour wrap up with a dinner and preparation to Pattaya!

 

Pattaya (Day 4, 5 & 6):

• Day 4: Breakfast at the hotel in Hua Hin then travel – Pattaya.
• Dinner in Pattaya and review the projects to be toured.
• Day Five: Tour 5 Developments.
• Day Six: Tour 3 more developments in the morning and then lunch.
• Day Six: The afternoon after lunch, we will meet and have a discussion to review the projects in Pattaya & Hua Hin.

*If anyone has a development that they are specific about we can arrange to view this on Day 7

Day 7:

• A Hua Hin branch representative will be available to discuss Hua Hin projects on day 7.
• Each office will have cars and sales staff available on day seven to do 1 on 1 representation for clients and developments.
• Evening of Day 7, return to Bangkok and prepare for the trip home.

Additional Services and Overview:

• Accommodations and transportation are included as well some meals while in Thailand!
• Seminars presenters and staff at each location are provided in the tour!
• Private groups of 4 or more People welcome!
• We can offer an extension of return date/plane tickets as well as hotel bookings for clients wishing to remain in Thailand. During this time you can follow up on a development, do research on a property purchase or just see more opportunities!
• Total cost 1,328.00 Canadian or US dallors, 956.00 Euros, 820.00 British Pounds (Based on Exchange rates of 40,000 Baht/person)
